I'm a retired Emory employee and EHC patient since 1983. Jasmine Peterson is the kindest, most knowledgeable and respectful PCP I have had in all those years. She is awesome!

No treatment plan was discussed during the visit. However, blood work results came back with some concerns and I have yet to receive a response to discuss a plan of action.

Dr.Peterson listened to my concerns with suggestions on different care options. I felt heard and understood doing my visit. She spoked to me using terms that I could easily understand. Allowed time for my questions or concerns to be addressed.

I loved Dr. Peterson. As someone who hasn't been to the doctor in 5ish years due to serious white coat anxiety, I went into our spot extremely nervous and overwhelmed by the prospect of interacting with a doctor. Her personality, candor, and humor put me at ease. She recognized my anxiety and was very careful, receptive, and understanding as we went through the general physical. And listened respectfully and without judgment to my questions and concerns. I will be returning for a specific procedure I was originally avoiding for about 2 years due to fear, but I trust that I'm in good hands with Dr. Peterson.

PA Jasmine Peterson is by far the BEST physician I have ever had an appointment with. She genuinely cares about me. It's probably the reason why her schedule is so packed to get in a sick appointment with her on short notice. Everyone wants to be cared by her.

If I could give Jasmine Peterman, PA a score higher than 5, I would. She provided EXCELLENT care to my mother.

The more questions I asked, I was given the option to come back for a physical and treat this visit as a problem visit which meant other screenings would be necessary, which also meant payment. The provider gave me my options, I opted to keep it a physical in order to prevent any unforeseen costs. I left with my questions and concerns for the next visit. We basically agreed that hopefully my issues will be resolved with the outcomes and care plan from the physical visit. I felt uncomfortable knowing that if the doctor was to look into my concerns beyond the realm of a physical the visit isn't covered under a physical but I'm also glad I was given options and not hit with any others charges. I'm coming from Kaiser, and this was never an issue. I understand it's not the the provider it's more likely a business thing by Emory

She listened to my concerns about my hearing issues and even went a step beyond what I expected and did a brief hearing assessment with a fork and referred me to an ENT. Most have brushed off my concerns because there are no external symptoms. I really appreciated her listening to me and taking my concerns seriously.
