Dr Verbitsky is an asset to Emory. She is the primary reason I utilize Emory.

The doctor said my issues with fatigue, IBS, and fibromyalgia were due to my personality. She then asked if I was abused or had a traumatic childhood. I told her no and then said I did not agree that one's personality caused these issues although there may be correalations. She continued to comment it was tied to my my personality. I found this incredibly inappropriate as she clearly was dismissive. I have not experienced this type of interaction with a doctor in a very longtime.

No check of reflexes, checking feet for swelling, nothing associated with memory strength of my hands, just a forest.
