New doc. Primarily seeing older patients when I was there. I came with a lot of issues to cover as I have not been in some time. Explaining some of problems and symptoms triggered some emotions for me. The doc probably wondered something about that however didn't address the tensions. Maybe I expected too much from too little I said. Either way I still have to get all of it figured somewhere.

The appointment with with Dr Nagvi was very thorough and he was very courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about my health l. If I were close I would make him my primary due to my scheduling issues with my primary. I will definitely be recommending others to him if I'm the Jonesboro area.

I had informed that I had went to urgent care and that they had recommended if I saw a primary care provider that that could test the actual issue rather than blanketing and prescribing antibiotics as treatment. I had mentioned my interest in lancing because of discomfort. I also expressed my concern of infection being close to femoral artery followed with fatigue. I didn't particularly gain anything new in my visit and felt it was redundant because I was told that if I were to lance it that I should have went to an obgyn. Which is strange because I have had no problems being lanced by an internist in the past for being close to the groin. I felt more embarrassed for wanting a blood test or ultrasound to see if it was a node or abscess to be told to just take the pills.

Dr Naqvi is professional and knowledgeable. He is also kind and asks questions to ensure we're still on the right track with my medication. So far, my appointments have been thorough without feeling at all rushed. Im glad to have found him.

This Doctor does not listen to his patient. This Doctor will no longer be my primary doctor. Terminator immediately.

He only spoke about the reason for the visit. I had other concerns which he didn't address. He said that I need to make another appointment. I have mobility and chronic pain issues and it's difficult for me to go to the doctor

PCP is not addressing concerns regarding lab results that are trending in the wrong direction. Need assistance with locating someone else to review lab results so that I can get treatment

My doctor was an extremely active listener, asking me questions about all of the things I brought up-and then referencing them later on. He wove his expertise Into his bedside manner and I felt heard and never rushed or misunderstood. That's an incredible thing to find in a GP

The doctor seemed distant and uninterested in my concerns that day. I provided all the information I thought was relevant but he didn't really ask questions beyond that. This is just one more example of arriving at a visit to see a doctor that has no idea why I'm there, doesn't look at my list of medicines, doesn't seem concerned with underlying issues like the fact that I have MS.

I would probably not recommend only because this office is not located anywhere close to where I live, but I had a good visit witht he provider

The care of the workers at Emory is unmatched. 10x above Veterans Administration..

I need a little more empathy from the doctors. They need to check the portal results from testing and respond with explanations from the results. If I never put in the effort I want hear from them. Dr. Ricard and Dr. Naqvi. I haven't heard from his staff yet, regarding my blood work. I had concerns about my kidneys. No one wants to feel like their health doesn't matter.

I will recommend my friends to go to Emory health care.

The provider show very poor concern for the patient. He appeared to be in a hurry to leave

He was super patient and listened to very well.

Dismissive regarding any treatments I asked about. I asked about massage therapy for muscle spasms instead of PT. He stated he didn't have an opinion one way or another. That answer made me feel like he could have cared less. Also the pain that I'm having can be quite intense, like a 10+. I asked about a steroid shot. I felt like would help get inflammation down and calm spasms so I pain could be managed. His exact words "I don't give shots!" No explanation. You would have thought I asked for fentanyl or heroine. I'm not a physician so an explanation would have went a long way.
