Dr was excellent in working with nurse and three med students to accomplish thorough exam and biopsies. Dr identified preventative steps to reduce likelihood of skin problems from damage caused by sun exposure. Exam was on a Thursday; Dr personally called following Tuesday with (good) biopsy results. Very much appreciate level of care.

The doctor was superb. Listened intently and spontaneously offered help and advice in a topic that they were learned despite not being the initial reason I came. Taking the time and effort to listen and help guide me rather than rushing through was superb. This is what distinguishes a great doctor from someone trying to just get through their day. Worth waiting every time.

This is my second visit with Dr. Yeung. I did not enjoy my first experience (his attitude, demeanor, attire, abruptness, feeling of being rushed and annoyed). I thought this was because it was late on a Friday, and he was running behind. My second visit was in the morning, and he exhibited the same behavior/attitude, so I've decided to ask for a different dermatologist for my next appointment. He is very knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field, but his bedside manner needs a lot of work.
