I have a very knowledgeable and caring provider. I would not trade her for anyone else. She explains thoroughly, helps me to plan future visits needed in line with the care, and her soft spoken demeanor shows patience, care and love for the profession.

I was especially impressed that she ordered an ultrasound of my eye based upon her review of my history prior to my arrival. No Emory Opthamologist had done this prior. My previous one was 8 years ago at the Cleveland Clinic. Our discussion of symptoms, possible eye drops and previous interactions was very thorough and professional. The course of action was well understood and well thought out. When the pharmacy substituted a different med, the doctor texted me of the change. Outstanding.

My doctor and her nurses and technicians were great. Whoever manages the booking and is in charge of flow and wait time needs to reevaluate their methods.

Dr Hossain is very slow. I'm often waiting more than 20 minutes for the next step of my appointment. I like to make the early morning appointments for I'm not sitting there all day.

Provider always inform me about treatment, thoroughly.

I can't say enough about my doctors. In fact, I can't say enough about every person I come In contact with at Emory. They are professional yet so very caring. All of my concerns are addressed. My treatment iis discussed with me.. The plan to keep me on track and to help me maintain my vision has been superb.

Love the doctor but remain deeply disappointed in the overall practice. They are aware that patients wait for hours to be seen while they still ask that I arrive 20 minutes early for a 90 second check in. At the 2.5 hour mark I requested some water and was told they didn't have any. Too many complaints to list. I'm not alone. I often hear grumbling in the back waiting room from other patients stating that their appointment was hours ago. Why are they ignoring glaring issues that they are aware of?

Dr. Hossain is absolutely the best. She has been taking care of me for almost 2 years. She is very caring and always concerned. I am so thankful my doctor made my first appointment with her.
