Doctor was very caring and absolutely professional. I am sure that she has been explaining same thing to many patients but it was first for me. She approached me as her first patient with such care.

She wasn't all kind and palliative, she was direct and straight to the point while still remaining respectful which I really admired. No bullshit, she seems very confident in her abilities and knows how to efficiently and effectively inform and examine her patients.

Dr. Faulkner explained our options in a detailed but accessible way. She did have one concern before we could move forward with surgery but wrote a referral within Emory so I could potentially get it seen about more quickly than an existing appointment I have outside of Emory.

Dr. Faulkner was excellent. It has taken some time to find a Dr. That listens to me, takes the time to answer all my questions, is knowledgeable about my procedure and insurance, and seems available if I need to discuss anything. I felt completely comfortable with her. I had already seen a couple other Dr.s about this procedure and was disappointed every time.

I didn't feel particularly listened to. I understand fully why she declined to provide further services/not recommend me for surgery, but it felt like she wasn't hearing me but going through a script. Very expensive visit even after insurance for someone to tell me no then send me on my way
