Heather Prusik PA was amazing. Her concern was evident, she listened, asked questions and I Immediately started feeling calmer. She ordered an EKG and working with Dr. Kraft she added another BP to take with the one I already take. I left feeling totally taken care of. And she called me at home to check on me!

I love working with Heather and am happy that I was able to track her down when she returned to Emory. My only feedback is that although she is very thorough with her responses, I can feel the time pressure. I'm in healthcare so I understand the construct of running a business, but when I think of the type of care she could give if she wasn't feeling the time crunch, it makes me kind of sad.

Giving her a 10 doesn't seem high enough. I would not have an issue with her being my provider at any time . She was knowledgeable and educated me in a way that didn't make me feel uneducated or less than. That's not always easy and she listened most importantly and responded with solutions to help me and I appreciate her more than these words could express . Thank you Ms Heather you were wonderful to me .

For someone who really detest going to the doctor, it was a great experience. Heather is awesome.

Love Dr. Prusik !!!! It's so many great things I could say about her, but it would be a book. Give her a raise ! As someone who doesn't ever really have great experience at Emory, my appointment with her literally almost made me cry. My birthing experience with Emory was traumatic to the point I didn't go to any of my appointments for a year out of fear or poor treatment. So this was my first primary care appointment in over a year. I'm so glad this was my first experience back in a primary care office.
