Dr Baddour took his time with me, had a lot of new information and explanations about my condition I had not received on any previous appointments with other doctors. Dr Baddour also gave me a lot of information and help on options to work with my condition and improve it. He was kind, friendly, interested and informed.

Initially a Resident Dr evaluated. He was very good and caring. Dr Baddour was exceptionally kind & knowledgeable about the issues .

Dr Baddour was amazing, knowledgeable, caring and took an extreme amount of care and time while helping me understand my symptoms.

The doctor thoroughly evaluated me, asking thoughtful clarifying questions before outlining my options and providing clear recommendations. When I left, I felt an incredible sense of relief. Living with Bell's palsy that developed into synkinesis has drained me for over two years, but his approach and detailed explanation of the treatment plan gave me renewed hope. I had researched extensively on my own, and everything he recommended aligned perfectly with what I had discoveredWhich made me feel confident and reassured that I am on the right path.

Dr. Baddour is a superb surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. I always enjoy talking with him. The only thing I wished was that he would be more prepared for our visit. We were supposed to discuss the results of my MRI taken a couple of months ago but he said at our consultation that he hadn't seen the scans yet. This was something that should have been done before my visit.

He was very caring and answered all of the questions I had.

A clear course of action was not provided. the doctor wanted to consult with doctors I have already been treated by and have differing expertise before suggesting a course of treatment.

Dr. Baddour not only explained everything but brought in images that provided me details about my medical issues. Then he took pictures of my face to then show me exactly what he saw regarding my paralysis. Dr. Baddour always does a great job of explaining everything to me and asking if I understand. He's an amazing doctor.
