    Outstanding Supporting but best is how she takes the information I provided and uses with the DBS data to create best practices for advice and guidance on choosing pathways for continuing implementation of the DBS protocol for improving care and improving outcomes for care and services in medical care

    This NP was only concerned about seizures abd no other neuro related issues. I had mention physical pain, anxiety, and the fear with it that could come with a familial neuro problem. She only said see a psychiatrist. In her notes however she did not give recommendations for a psychiatrist and wrote it as mood swings.
