I dealt with Hannah Johnson. She was very attentive while I discussed how I got injured and never attempted to cut me off or just get on with it. She was empathetic. And she seemed thorough. I want things explained to me in an appropriate level of detail - not dumbing it down or using too much technical terminology. I felt like she did this quite well. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience - from check-in to discharge. I felt like I understood what I needed to do next, what to look out for, and was given the number to call if I needed a follow up.

My NP, Hannah Leigh Henderson was excellent!

She was the most helpful clinician to date. Patient, allowing time for questions & researched answers, empathetic. Have NOT gotten that from MD. Nor did he come in for my first office follow up since the surgical procedure. Nor did he see me or my spouse immediately after the procedure - a 30 sec phone call to spouse was all that occurred. This wasn't a root canal. This was an aneurysm with stent/coil procedure. She addressed the concerns surrounding drug follow up, the contraindications of that drug with other drugs & treatments and future recurrence of the condition. Patient education. So basic but so necessary and helpful. Appreciate VERY MUCH her doing that.
