In the past Dr. Robertson was very informative about anything he noticed on the EKG or other lab results. This visit was very short with a lack of information about my condition compared to a year ago. In the past Dr. Robertson has always been open about what he has observed.

Its not first time I seen this doctor but this time I feel like he just make his mind not to listen my problems if he already seen my reports then he should cancel my appointment why I waste my time & his time

The doctor had already decided that he'll refer me to congenital clinic at Emory and he didn't discuss anything during this visit except referring me to congenital clinic. In this case, they could've done that earlier and saved me a visit and its cost.

The care provider did not discuss much in my condition, just took vitals. She was nice, friendly and did answer the one question I had that they had my test results.

Dr. Robertson was so kind and thoroughly explained everything to me and my daughter, who I brought with me to the appointment. I had many concerns when I first arrived, but he addressed each one of them for me and I never felt rushed at all!

I think Dr Robertson prefers his patients spend time like this survey defining what Emory services could improved rather than compliment what went well. That is hard to do. He is an outstanding caregiver!!

My first visit with Dr. Robertson was great; he listened to my concerns and followed with the proper treatment. My Gastro Doc wanted a TTE to proceed with my colonoscopy and I had it done the next week.
