I am an orthopedic surgeon also I was coming to have my Total Hip replacement revised Dr. Erens Took a very difficult situation explained his opinion in detail he didn't just say you shouldn't have surgery he explained his reasons which I 100% agreed with after listening to him as to why surgery was not appropriate now he is a star which is well known in the orthopedic community

One doctor, one student, and then Dr. Erens!None of them failed me! They even permitted a call in from my daughter! Everyone was SUPERB!!

Dr Erens is easy to talk to and provides explanations.

Dr. Erens reviewed the xrays after my partial knee surgery. He listened as I asked questioned, exam my knee thoroughly. Dr. Eren's asked if there was any part of the surgery process, before or after that I could see improvements on. There are not, the complete process was well explained to me and I knew exactly what to expect.

Dr Erens is one of the too many Doctors that I have that are in my opinion the best. Great bedside manners and treated me well and professionally. Have even suggested that Dr Michelle in Emory's Ambulatory ER to use him as her surgeon whenever she decides to do what she needs for her knees. She said she would.

Laura Pankowski is the best! Knowledgeable, explains everything, never in a hurry. Dr. Erens is everything you could want in a surgeon, experienced, caring, calm and reassuring, looks directly at you when talking.

The Dr and PA really listened, and did a detailed interview and the Dr did a very good exam also. They have understandable feedback regarding my future treatment, and my only issue is that they did not recommend a spine doctor that they knew or worked with. That was the missing link.

Dr. Erens is fantastic. Can't say enough about how knowledgeable and assuring he is. The results of his method for closing the incision have been commented by many (including other medical professionals and my PT) as being the best they have ever seen, both in minimizing scarring and preventing infection.

I had an amazing experience. After I decided that surgery is my best course of action Dr. Erens took a great deal of time explaining the surgery. He showed me what the knee would look like, explained my recovery and encouraged me to make my physical therapy appointments once my surgery has been scheduled instead of waiting until after surgery.

He was very professional yet kind and easy to understand.

No proposed further treatment.I'm a retired O.R. Nurse. Because I have first-hand knowledge that there are skilled surgeons, and not so skilled surgeons, I did my due diligence in asking healthcare colleagues who work in the operating room with various orthopedic surgeons, who they would want to do THEIR hip replacement surgery. Dr. Erens' name came up, consistently. I could not have been more pleased with his excellent care. And, I will highly recommend Dr. Erens, at any opportunity.
