I saw Dr. Grace. I'm not sure if her last name but this time I believe it was Isaacs. She was Courteous and concerning. She explained things to me in depth and also let me see what she was talking about on the camera. I feel very confident with the diagnosis she gave me.

Ms Isaacs was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Overall 5 star service all around. I would recommend this ENT office to family and friends.

Dr Isaacs was extremely compassionate and empathetic. She answered every one of my questions in detail- and even showed me diagrams and a model. She looked me in the eyes as we spoke, gave me her full attention, and was not in a rush to move on. She was sincere and caring. It was meaningful and important to me to feel so heard and understood.

All of my ear wax was removed and I could see what the PA was doing in my ear.
