Dr Ji Goun is the best we can trust , patience, thoughtful and very reassuring to our concerns.

Doctor listened to my questions and concerns and made changes to my care accordingly. Treatment options were discussed and explained. Testing was thorough and doctor spent plenty of time with me so I didn't feel like I was being rushed.

Dr Goun walked in and gave me a hug because of all of I had been through the past few months. It truly warmed my heart that she truly cares about me. She always takes her time with me and I feel she goes above and beyond.

When choosing a Provider, there are specific characteristics that I look for: knowledgeable, concerned, bed side manner, ect. After 87 years of being on this Earth, I've met quite a few doctors in my time. Normally, there are one or two qualities that the Provider lacks simply because their strengths lye elsewhere.However, Dr. Je has it all! She's perfect in every way-her caring soul and expertise are just a couple of things that come to mind when I think of my doctor. When I say she's the best, believe me, you ( and I) will be hard pressed to find another doctor like her.

Sometimes when all the negatives of all the maladies that I have accumulated show up at the same time, some genuine empathy goes a long way - and then comes the medical help. That is how Dr. Je helps me.

I have been seeing Dr. Je for the past year since I was diagnosed with Parkinson's. She is a wonderful provider who takes time and does a thorough examination each time I see her. She is also very responsive via the mychart portal if you send her a message.

Dr. Je speaks with patient, asks clarifying questions, rewords questions as necessary, is patient, reviews main points. Knowledge and care is obvious.

Dr. Je really listened to me and explained her plan for next steps.

Dr. Je listened to my concerns, her exam was comprehensive, and she provided information about a medication that may improve my quality of life by decreasing the number of pills I need to take every day and allow me to eat on a regular schedule. She explained all the benefits, risks, and instructions on how to start taking the medication, and also informed me that the dosage may need to be adjusted and how to contact her if that becomes necessary. She even contacted a drug rep to see if I could get a 2-week trial dosage due to the high cost of the med, and followed up with a message on the portal. My experience at Emory has been very positive. I would recommend Dr Je to my friends and family.

The Dr.provided one possible diagnosis which I had already been tested for.I was expecting more information from a movement specialist. She was very nice and took lots and lots of notes but offered very little information and provided zero ideas to help relieve my symptoms.

I love my doctor, she is always so kind and understanding of what I'm going through.

The problem was the apparent goals for my visit were not shared between the individual who set up the visit and the physician who provided the examination. I wished to obtain information on whether my condition qualified for a specific treatment. I have Parkinson's disease and I thought this visit would assist in determining whether I qualified to receive focused ultrasound to reduce tremors. The physician who I saw was excellent, but she clearly was not informed about the nature of my visit to Emory.
