Dr. Bou is an amazing neurologist. Ever since I transitioned into her care, she has been the most willing and helpful to get me the right type of treatment that works for me. She explains clearly and thoroughly, and already has a plan ready to discuss. Dr. Bou has made my life much easier with her knowledge and expertise. We tried a treatment plan that didn't work, and without fail we are already back on track. Im looking forward to feeling better again!

Medical options discussed and recommendations explained. Discussion of non-medical options were discussed but dismissed as contrary to MD view/training. Some reputable medical research articles and AI tools online (Preventative foods, over the counter meds, Rx meds that can contribute to symptoms, exercise options, etc) provide alternative options, but none were supported by MD as a means to treat symptoms. Underlying cause of symptoms diagnosed as only treatable with medication. I understand short time allowed for MD to assess/plan in an office visit, so a system deficit and old-school perspective on my part. MD was terrific in assessing/discussing/coming up with a plan that works in her medical opinion.

I'm 84 years old and have seen a lot of doctors, some for life saving issues. Dr. Bou stands out as one of, If not the most, detailed and caring providers I have ever seen. This young doctor is exceptional.

Dr. Boy was excellent, as well as the resident who saw me before Dr. Bou. They both took the time to answer my questions and provide information that I could understand. I never felt rushed

She was very knowledgeable about my condition and treatment options. She offered helpful Information about diet and nutrition. For example she reviewed my vitamin D test results. She offered to relay my insurance concerns to my treatment provider, which is of great concern to me.
