Dr. Levert is very thorough and explains things in a way that is helpful. He made sure all my questions are answered. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Lavert is the most caring and most interested in my problem. He talked to me and asked questions about what was going on and how long it had been going on and all of the right questions. He came up with the plan and talk to me about it. He is the only gastrologist in your practice that I will see. I'm sure the others are good but he is the best. I can't say enough good things about him that would express my heart felt thoughts about how I feel about him. He's just the best and is so concerned about his patients.

I felt confident in the Doctor's knowledge and ability, and his assurance that I should not be overly concerned about cancer. I left feeling like I was not given much suggestions on going forward how to keep my gastrointestinal health. I would really like to know to deal with the Troubling deep pain I get, feeling like I'd been hard kicked in the gut.

The doctor reviewed my patient history, asked questions and expressed his professional judgement about the necessity of diagnostic tests. He included my pending treatment for other problems not directly related to his specialty in his decision. He simply stated "let the cardiologist take the lead". I believe this to be an appropriate course of action.

The training Nurse Practioner that I saw prior to seeing Dr. LeVert was very kind and thorough. Dr. LeVert, as per usual, was everything I think a doctor should be. His compassion and care for his patients put him at the top of the list for specialists in his field and the greater Atlanta area. Top notch! Always professional, listens to my concerns, explains things in a way that I totally understand and works with me to come up on a mutually agreeable plan of action. I feel respected and SEEN as his patient, always.

Dr. Levert did a good job of explaining and showing me exactly what he was talking about in reference to a procedure that he wants to conduct for my diagnosis. He explored my medication list and past illness list as well. He even let me ask questions at the end of the appointment. He also double checked to make sure that I did not have any questions before he left the room.

Excellent first visit. The doctor seemed very interested in my concerns.

I came to Dr. Levert because he had given me my capsule endoscopy. My previous G.I. person had left without word from the Emory Healthcare system and did not leave me much in the way of handover. I was pretty unhappy about that and very skeptical about what I would find here. But I saw in Dr. Levert a deep and caring, compassion, incredible professionalism, and knowledge of, his field of expertise. I have to tell you that I consider him a great blessing.
