The clinic is EXCELLENT. Dr. Lee is a super specialist! She took the time to listen to my concerns about a medication and explained the details, her rationale and the long term benefits. Every staff member on her team exemplifies the same excellence, Including the pharmacist, both RRBT's, her inter, PA, and nursing staff.

Once I was seen by the doctor, she listen to me, she communicated well, asked appropriate questions to make sure I was doing the things to stay healthy, she was patient, and very supportive. She made me feel comfortable during my visit.

She offered a new rx. I mentioned my main concern was bronchospasm that lasted 5 to 10 minutes, literally choking & gasping to get enough air. No instructions re. How to use (I assume it's an inhaler. )

I came to Frances with really complicated multi-aspect problem. Multiple doctors before her just gave up and said that it's out their scope. She was able to bring in half a dozen of other specialists and solve the riddle. Brilliant work.
