Fran was filling in for my PCP who is out on FMLA leave. She was incredibly kind and sympathetic, and she made me feel seen and heard. I've already recommended her to a couple of other local people since my visit a week ago.

Good visit.she already knew I wasn't interested in vaccinations and seemed to respect that which I appreciated very much. I feel like I can talk to her while previous pa had attitude when I declined pneumonia shot. I said I can call if I was to get sick and was told it would be a sympathy call..so I don't feel that is a care provider at all! Also yrs ago I had sinus infection and was advised to call back in a few days so I ended up at Walgreens clinic where I was taken care of.

I recommend her to friends often.

I do not feel that I am treated as an individual but merely as someone who must have a problem because I don't fit in the appropriate box. I was told to " try a little walking" when I already swim twice a week and work out at a gym twice a week.

Nurse Practitioner Patterson and her nurse gave exceptional care.

Doctor Fran Patterson is the closest thing to an angel as I've ever come into contact with and I'm 47 years old, a firefighter, and a military vet. When she entered the room she was there with me. She actively listened only taking notes down that were absolutely necessary. Which is to say I had her undivided attention. I for once didn't feel like I was with a doctor that just took down notes because they knew they had other patients waiting for her. She made me feel like I was important, like I was the only patient in the building. She was and is a true treasure for Emory Healthcare.
