Dr. Was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Gedzelman very caring physician. He listens to all of my questions and answers them thoroughly. I think he is outstanding!

He seemed like he wanted to end the meeting soon. His tone of voice made him sound like he wanted to help me. He answered questions, but without care.

The Dr was great! He was very knowledgeable and has a great personality that made us feel less nervous about the visit.

Overall, the experience was a good one, the physician and his assistant,were pleasant and professional. All my questions were answered.

All of this is very poor as Dr. Gedzelman never arrived. In 2024 58 minutes, no apology, 2025 64 minutes and I left.

Again, the doctors staff & him need to communicate better. I had an issue with a medication increase that didn't resolve timely. I had to ask my primary doctor to fix the discrepancy from Emory to my pharmacy. They fixed it in one day. This was cleared up at my face to face visit. Previously, I did telehealth.
