First time I'd met Dr. Swenson's new PA, Dr. Erin ___ and I will she is spot-on wonderful in so many ways! An excellent representation of a provider I can totally trust and be extremely caring and thorough.

Not worth the effort to get responses or needed action for pre-authorizations. My appointment was to go over CT results and the PA couldn't find the scan that was sent by the imaging center. She did state that this was a problem she has had before.

I would give Erin 10's if that was a choice

I believe Erin Barton is one of the best NP's I've ever encountered. Even her post summary note was extraordinary in its completeness, thoughnes, and showed her ability to really listen'Thank you Erin. I hope you get a raise!

I'd never given thought to the age of my nebulizer.,,, 7+ years old. In response to Erin's question on its age, she offered me a new nebulizer. It has already proven beneficial in terms of my breathing easier- a newer Nebulizer!

A few questions remained unclear. She provided ideas about nutrition but I need more info on that. Great about nebulizer, convincing me to use it twice a day and showing me something about how to use it.

Erin was very easy to talk to.

I've been dealing with my lung problems for years. Erin PA went through all of my lung problems and informed me with information that I've never heard. Erin made sure I understood what was going on and what I good do to keep my inflammation at bay. I did not feel rushed and my appointment was on a Friday late afternoon.

She is very cold and business like. She shows no expression or concern. She is not friendly or positive at all.

Erin is fine but we drive up 100 plus miles one way to see Dr Swenson.He made extra effort to check in near end of our visits - to be sure we were satisfied.

Erin was not aware that I had robotic surgery that had been converted to open chest surgery. Then she understood why we were concerned about what she was saying. Bottom line Erin was good.
