Erin was tops, very patient, personable, and clear in discussion of my problem. I was especially Impressed when I asked If she'd allow my son to come into the room as she detailed my exam and possible treatment plan. She was so gracious, "Oh sure, just tell him to tell receptionist, he'd be going to RM 9 (where my mother is)". This pleased me Immensely as It relieved me of having to explain to Jason what the plan of treatment, etc., would involve..

My poor Dr. Dobeck she is such a beautiful understanding doctor let me tell you who does go above and beyond her call of duty!!! We were working on one project and now this poor little lady has got to totally go to another project and she had no problem in doing it. I want to give her kudos for that this lady will go above and beyond for her patience to make them feel better no matter what! Dr. Dobeck is it trustworthy doctor that you can put your life into. Dr Dobeck will be my permanent doctor for neck and spine issues! It's worth the 2-hour drive!

Dr. Dobeck was excellent! I was very anxious coming into my appt as a new patient. And I had been having blood pressure issues the day before (maybe pain related) She was so empathetic and listened to all of my concerns and took notes and walked me through the next steps of my care. I will highly recommend her! The smallest acts of kindness go a long way, and everyone in this office was friendly, warm and kind. My doctor showed that she was very concerned about my pain. She explained in detail with diagrams to help me understand what caused my pain.

Erin was one of the most thorough healthcare providers I have met. She was kind and explained things in detail, realizing I'm not a medical professional. Erin Dobeck NP is exceptional. She listens to concerns, answers where I can understand, and points out on x-rays what she is explaining. Both appointments with her I felt truly acknowledged, had good knowledge about my condition, and the options for treatment explained with the recommendation to try supplements and bone strengthening prescription provided by my Primary Care Physician. The best I've seen in a very long time.

Erin Dobeck was extremely thorough in reviewing my records before my arrival, getting the x-rays done that were requested on the referral, and explained everything going on in the x-rays and why I should get MRI and Bone Density test. This is the best experience I've had since seeing medical staff in Stockbridge.
