The PA took a lot of time to answer my questions and to explain everything that is going on.

He spent time talking and explaining what he say on my images versus what the radiologists reported. He also explained the recommended procedures and answered my many questions. I didn't feel rushed or like I was bothering him which isn't always the case when being seen, especially when you have underlying conditions. He treated me like a person and that is MUCH appreciated!

Five stars. I was worried at first because I never met him, but he was phenomenal! I didn't feel rushed. He was very informative and detail about the surgery, the process, and expectations going forward. Great take-aways going home. Rx was ordered and explained what to expect for my 3 month follow up.

PA Eric Peterson was excellent. He communicated clearly and was very professional. I felt heard and the plan that was offered made me feel that there was a solution ahead to address my problem.

Very detail oriented. Answered questions very well. Listened closely to what was asked.

The PA was great, the other office staff needs ADA training. Only issue with the PA was that the clinical notes that were written say it was a Telehealth visit and not an in person visit.
