Doctor Graubart is terricic.

I like the doctor she was very knowledgeable and understood right away. What the issue was she did the necessary testing equipment and checked my eyes and she explained what she felt was the situation and gave me an easy way to address it. I just wish I could've seen her faster because it was such a long wait that by the time I got a chance to see her I had a awful headache and it was hard for me to gather my thoughts.

Dr. Graubart, like so many Emory physicians, is way too busy. She has unintended manner of seeming not particularly interested in spending time with you. Does not give the feeling you are front and center in her attention when together. A bit gruff at times.

I did not have a bad experience with the doctor. Time spent in the waiting room was unreasonably long.

The staff from clerical to Dr was wonderful and I have already referred my sister to Emory eye clinic.

Dr. Graubart is exceptional. After discussing my frustration with getting an accurate lens prescription, she went over and above to test me for any macular degeneration. She determined that I had recurring astigmatism in spite of my lasik surgery in 2006 that fixed it.

Dr Graubert is the best.

Bad Experience

The whole team was wonderful - Dr Graubart, Dr Spaulding, Nurse Emma, and Nurse Frances.

Dr arrived after I waited in exam room for an hr. Seemed rushed to get thru and move on. Gave minimal information about the problem I was having. No information about effectiveness of procedure, or short or long term complications. Just "sign the form". Absolutely unacceptable. Do you think people aren't concerned about their eyes? That patients don't want or expect information?

I reiterateEmory's quality of care and the expertise of its specialists are outstanding. However, based on my experience, Comprehensive Ophthalmology has major flaws in its scheduling procedures. Management needs to take corrective action to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness to the benefit of patients and medical personnel.

Emory has grown so huge that perhaps it has exceeded its ability to flex and function well if the demand is too great.

The entire appointment experience was OUTSTANDING. THE NURSE WAS VERY CARING AND ATTENTIVE TO MY AUTISTIC SON NEEDS. THE DOCTOR WAS OUTSTANDING AS WELL.

I had explained to the nurse what problems I had with my eyes in general and specifically with my eyesight. She had taken down notes. Of course, I am not sure what notes were being taken down. I felt that all my concerns were not addressed, although I was asked by the physician, at the conclusion of the session, "what questions I had" -- which took about 4-5 minutes. I had already spent time to explain my issues to the nurse. Those should have been accessed and addressed.

Could not have had any better care from Dr Graubart. It was impressive & I was made to feel very care for.
