Everyone was very accommodating, and Dr Hechenbleikner in particular was fantastic. She answered every question, and very open and honest about the treatment options, and explained things thoroughly, even using the whiteboard to draw out how the surgery will go. Great "bedside manner" and clearly exceptionally knowledgeable. I'm totally confident that I'm in very good hands.

As always, Dr.H was thorough in her patient care assessment and my treatment plan, and provided many.opportunities for me to ask.questions. Moreover, she.did an excellent job of explaining the next steps of my treatment plan, and is a great.patient advocate. I am grateful to her for her awesome patient care, as well as grateful that I was referred to her. She is truly one of my many outstanding blessings!!

The doctor was concerned about my white blood cells count and reached out to my primary care doctor, which resulted in an appointment today

Dr. H has been hands down the best general surgeon I've ever come in contact with. I've worked with several in my years and I can honestly say shes been the best. Her compassion, drive and ability to make you feel safe, secure, heard and taken care of go way above average. She has never made me feel any sort of way about my issues and has taken great care of me. She isnt afraid to reach out to different disciplines if she doesn't know something or if its above her specialty or scope of practice. During this specific appointment I was having a flare up with my arm and as soon as she seen how bad it had gotten in such a short amount of time she wasted no time getting me admitted and treated appropriately. She cares for her patients, their families and their overall outcomes.

Dr. Elizabeth she willingness to connect me with the right specialists beyond her own field, ensuring a truly coordinated approach to my care.

Doctors do not often speak in layman language, but Dr. Hechenbleikner tried with best efforts to avoid speaking out of my understanding. If she spoke with technical language, she tried to explain in layman terms what she means.

The doctor was thorough I did not feel rushed or that my issue was less important than others. She started off by apologizing for the delay and setting the tone for what to expect.
