Elana is wonderful, she took time to walk through my treatment, answered all my questions, and clarified how to address my facial eczema as a long term condition. She was familiar with my symptoms from a previous visit and communications in the portal before my appointment and took everything into consideration for a plan moving forward. She was informative and offered alternatives based on whether the new treatment plan is effective or not.

Very good nurse. When my BP did not come down quickly after my arrival (exercise coming from parking lot up to offices always makes my BP go up, but it usually comes down after 20 minutes or so), but it did not come down quickly, so this nurse was very diligent, and came back after my appointment before I left to take it again because she want to make sure I was okay. Thank you.

The provider did check her watch a few times (after a half hour or more). If she had a time constraint, it would have been nicer to know that, so I would have been quicker in my follow up questions.

I was seen for fu of scalp psoriasis. Health Care Provider didn't even look at my scalp. Just spoke to me briefly and said to come back in a year. Did order TB test.

Dr. Elena is fantastic! Super attentive and moves efficiently but listens and communicates clearly along the way. My only suggestion is that she have more information about potential cost of a proposed procedure. But otherwise, absolutely perfect! I actually look forward to my annual dermatology appointment I know I will be in good hands with this practice!

She was good, I just wasn't in the mood for a new provider making conversation when I was barely covered after waiting in a paper gown for 20 min. She was thorough and professional. I just wasn't comfortable but I don't know what they could've done to help that.

This was a follow-up appointment. I had a very short wait, the PA quickly examined my ailments and provided care. I was in and out quickly with the wound treated and a an Rx for after-visit care. Very efficient yet professional and courteous.

I was contacted the night before by the P.A. -to clarify needs, and to ensure I had the appropriate provider. This was very helpful. She made a change to my seeing a N.P. In order to receive prescription of an Injection

I hope that Dermatology is able to keep this NP on board for a couple of years, at least. She seemed very confident in her evaluation, and I would see her again for routine care

The NP did not seem to me to have enough experience in treating the dark spots(not raised) on my face, especially, with cryotherapy technique.

Not very engaging. Did not do thorough exam. Did not ask/discuss about ongoing skin conditions. Did not ask if need script refills. Needs to engage more.

Elena is a very competent, smart and helpful practitioner. I look forward to seeing her next year.
