She said there were no protocols for an adult with my symptoms. She was young. She scared me to death about what she thought I had. Given her demeanor about my likely illness and her anxiety and mine, I fully expected her nurse to check on me Monday following my appointment with her the previous Friday. Not 1 word! I had sent a portal message with concerns, made several calls trying to get through the different layers of bureaucracy to even get to her department, spoke with her nurse supervisor and as of today, over a week since my appointment, I have not heard a word from my doctor!!!! Not even a portal message. I did get a visit summary. Frustrated and very disappointed!!!

Dr. Is a good listener which is VERY VERY important

My lab numbers have been out of range for two cycles. She has not addressed this . I will look for another primary care doctor who is more competent.

First time I had seen this doctor but she showed she had studied my medical history / background. Patient with questions and my trying to explain. Referred to specialist, so more to come regarding treatment recommendations.

I came to see her for my annual physical. She is very caring and thorough and addressed all my concerns with good explanations and/or treatments. I will definitely come to see her for my future appointment.
