Diane Wang, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Emory University School of Medicine specializing in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Wang’s academic background includes an undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University, followed by a medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she was elected Chief Resident and awarded the Resident Award for Excellence in Ophthalmology. She then completed a 2-year specialized fellowship in oculofacial and orbital surgery at West Virginia University, where she was recognized with consecutive Fellow of the Year awards.
