Diane has been on point with my husband since he doesn't have a medical background like I do and he has appreciated her explanations. Makes it easier than me interpreting and making him feel comfortable.I appreciate practitioners who are willing to listen and understand patients who have medical experience and want self advocacy to support their health care decisions in connection with their health providers.
