I've no problems with her care. She listens to what I've problems with & advised me with goals for handling them. Renewal of meds through the portal is a big problem for all meds. In the future I'll have to ask for Renewal for all meds during my appointments with all drs. So that I don't have problems with updates

Dee is always spectacular. I feel secure in her vast knowledge and love how she treats me like an individual. I never feel rushed but also don't feel like time is wasted.

Dedra Blalock is excellent on all the questions above. She listens (very patient). I mean really listens. And totally understands her patients. She offers help and suggestions with regards to my treatment options etc. More importantly, Dee knows me as if I was her only patient. I ask tons of questions and always have concerns about my present assessment of my AFib/flutter etc. I have many providers, and she is the only one that gives me the time I need. I know there is some rule about the amount of time the provider spends with patients etc .esp with my Piedmont providers. I have been seeing her for such a long time, and her recall of my past history as it relates to my present assessment is awesome.She reviews my tests etc from my cardiologist and ties all the information together for me to feel confident in moving forward with my life. I have to have some guide or blueprint to be able to function on my own at home. I am 80 years old and I live alone. Dee helps me to feel safe and confident to manage my afib and flutter when I am home . This gives me a better quality of life without having to live in fear at home. This is what's missing with a lot of providers.I know the for a fact. For example,I recently had a telehealth with a NP with Piedmont. Was having horrible symptoms etc, she rushed through the session, and finally told me she has "spent enough" time with me and it was time for her to" go to lunch". This Is an example of how some NP's can treat you . I thank God everyday for Dedra Blalock . I do very well at home because of her Input. Please share this with her.. Thank you .
