NP Gunther was very cordial, polite and friendly. Her heart-felt concern for the patient's wellbeing was overwhelming and very much appreciated. NP Gunther assisted with and agreed upon the best plan to try and receive the best Caregiver Support from the Veterans Administration (VA) to help my wife get the best quality of life. We discussed her current medication and her mental a d physical capabilities. NP Gunther's genuineness throughout the entire video appointment was exemplary.
