Provider didn't have any solutions other than pain management. Repeatedly told me he was TRYING to help me but actually wasn't listening to me. Terrible experience. Local hospital set up the appointment for this provider to assist with my care and left the office with no resolution. Prior to the appointment the provider didn't review the records sent from the local hospital. After waiting for a month to see him I'm told to wait approximately two more weeks for him to have an opportunity to review the MRI results and contact me. As I assumed I have heard nothing back from him. Poor healthcare provided all around. Local hospital put my care in the hands of this provider based on Emory's status. I was left with no other options to find a new doctor to get any type of assistance.

Although it was determined that there was nothing serious enough to follow up on, the visit with the physician assistant felt devoid of content and not related to my current health issues or history. The Nurse and the PA did not realize that I this was an annual visit and I had taken an Ultrasound a few weeks prior. I have a chronic cough and it could be possible that it is related to the cysts I have in my Kidneys, but there was no opportunity to discuss the matter.
