David Tran, MD, is a double board-certified physiatrist at Axion Spine & Neurosurgery in Alpharetta, Georgia. He specializes in nonsurgical treatment of painful spinal conditions using advanced techniques such as spinal injections, stem cell therapy, and radiofrequency ablation.

Dr. Tran earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Kansas. He completed his internship at MacNeal Hospital in Chicago and his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Emory University, with additional spinal injury training at Shepherd Center in Atlanta.

He is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine, and is a member of the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
