PA Roberts was outstanding. I have had severe pain in my back for 2 years. Seen orthopedists and neurosurgeons and no one has been able to diagnose the issue. Ms. Roberts listened to me and said that she thought that I had two independent problems--sciatica and osteopenia (which the neurosurgeon had identified earlier that week). It was an ah ha moment. I have had sciatica before and yes, this was exactly the sort of debiliting pain that I experienced. Because I have MGUS and osteopenia she is going to recommend an orthopedist that specializes in spines. Finally, I have answers that make sense and I can act on. Danielle Roberts demonstrated how important listening is and how important it is to focus on more than your speciality when treating a patient

Danielle Roberts is always knowledgeable, professional, and caring. One of my tests had out-of-range results that concerned me, and she discussed next steps thoroughly and patiently.

Danielle is wonderful. She has been my PA for 6 years and always explains any concerns or changes in my lab work and most of all puts up with me overreacting.
