First time I've seen Dr Tsai in clinic. I like her very much. She is very knowledgeable in my condition and provided insight into alternative treatment. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Tsai was very patient and asked questions about the health of the patient since the last visit. She covered all of our questions and thought seeing an ENT would be helpful in learning more about the sinus problem. It was a very relaxed visit and we felt the visit wasn't rushed. The doctor is well informed on this situation.

When Dr. Tsai told me that she was not a pulmonologist, we discussed possible referrals. She recommended Dr. Shaver, put in orders for a CT scan and breathing test in preparation for that appointment. She is very thorough.
