NP Rubio is awesome. She is very thorough. Asked me very many questions about my issues with allergies, she explained how the medicines would work. She is one of the most thorough physicians I've ever seen. I'll definitely come back to see her.

Ms. Rubio is an EXCELLENT primary care clinician!!! This follow up visit was scheduled to track the effectiveness of my medication, which Ms. Rubio did, but she also circled back to two other concerns from my earlier visit. She made recommendations for a concern that is still clearing up, she recommended and provided a referral for a dermatologist for a different concern, and she listened attentively and gave counsel about two other concerns. At the end of the visit, Ms. Rubio reiterated that I can always contact her or the office through the portal with any questions or concerns. I left the appointment seen and heard. I am confident in Ms. Rubio's recommendations, and because she and the office staff are on top of things, my prescriptions were sent over before I left and I had the referral and contact instructions in hand.

My experience was exceptionally good. I was treated with kindness and respect. My questions were answered. Suggestions were made that were appropriate to my medical needs. I look forward to my next visit, which is scheduled for one year as it will be my annual exam...
