My doctor explained my previous medical condition and every process and potential procedures that I may undergo in the near future. He also gave me additional advice for symptoms that I'm having. Best doctor in the planet!!!

Dr. Velez is a wealth of knowledge. He made sure that I understood my medical information and took the time to explain what I didn't understand.

I came to Dr. Velez on the recommendation of a friend and the truth is that I have been more than satisfied with his care, after many years I feel that a Doctor is not rushing me and that he listens to my questions and doubts and gives me the right information. My husband and I are now very reassured knowing that we have finally found a primary care doctor who will be able to explain and offer us the necessary care.

It was clear that he had not looked at my chart or remembered me because I felt like I was a new patient with the LACK of knowledge of my pre- existing medical condition. He suggested OZEMPIC to regulate my blood sugar levels and Ozempic has caused me stomach paralysis

The front desk were so nice and it gave a very friendly family environment the nurses were very sweet and encouraging . And the provider was awesome. I didnt feel rushed at all he took his time to explain everything to me and I really appreciate him for that. He also showed empathy and I felt like he really cared. My child's needs were met with care and diligence. All assessments made by the doctor were explained and well-communicated. We were made to feel comfortable and understood. The doctor Was feeling apparently had several patients and was running behind. He prescribed a med for the nerve pain I was having, but I won't find out whether or not I have a blood clot until I am scheduled for an ultrasound. That makes me a bit nervous.
