I like the convenience of being seen by Dr. Chang without coming into the office.

She was caring but I dont think dermatology is her specialty.

Dr. Chang very professional, good listener, and explains everything well. She is great!

The only issue that I have is that they keep recommending that I get a mammogram, when a friend of mine actually got cancer because of mammograms, so I don't want the radiation. I am hoping that they will understand that some people may choose not to get them. Otherwise, everyone has been amazing, and I am so grateful.

Dr. Chang, I felt did not understand my concerns because before seeing her, I was under the care of several other doctors for the same or similar symptoms. The medications that were Rx by other doctors, helped, however the problems caused by the medication side effect prevented long term use. I asked Dr. Chang about medication side effects and she replied her patients did not report any. Nonetheless, within one month, I experienced an acute IBS event in addition to weight gain and fluid retention. I plan to make appointments with different specialists.

I can't stress the following enough. Dr. Chang took the time to really know my history before entering the room. While in the room, she took the time to address all my concerns and to get to know me as a person. I left feeling that I had received the best medical experience in memory. Afterwards, she left a letter in MyChart that I understand without having to look up unfamiliar terms. She is the only doctor that has done this. All other doctors just leave visit summaries that seem to be written for others who understand medical jargon better than me. Dr. Chang is an outstanding medical provider. I am Blessed to have her on my healthcare team.
