Dr. Smith-Winfield was amazing. She's really nice, attentive, and mostly importantly she LISTENED TO my concerns about my health issues. I've had terrible experiences with Emory doctors in the past not listening to me. Dr. Smith-Winfield is for black women in my opinion. This visit was the best I have had in a long time. I will definitely suggest her to others.

Dr. Smith-Winfield was the epitome of a caring professional!! I want to tell all my friends abt Dr. Smith- Winfield but afraid her schedule would become so full that I can't get an appointment in future. Still, I would recommend the Emory Health system to any who asks.

The doctor was very thorough and I love that I left that appointment with a plan!

Sge was very professional and friendly. In addition to the reason for this visit, she asked about my blood pressure issues and discussed medication options. She didn't rush the appointment. This was my 1st visit to her and I'll definitely recommend others.

Dr Winfield has a great bedside manner. She has a very relaxing personality that makes it easy to bring up any issues I have and the most important is that she is very knowledgeable in her field, but also has the experience to enhance that knowledge. When I move back to Oregon, I wish I can clone her and bring her with me. I feel safe in her care!

This was one of the best visits. The doctor took her time and answered all my questions. I felt seen and heard not rushed! Definitely a great experience!

I knew I was in excellent hands. She seemed like the expert on the subject (breast/mastitis/pumping/etc.) the only draw back was I felt rushed. It was clear she was in a rush and needed to get to other things or patients.

Everyone and everything was worth the 5 hour drive!

Dr. Smith Winfield explained things/concepts to me in a way that was digestible allowing me to make my own decisions.

The explanation I received about my condition was given before any questions were asked about how I was taking care of my threat. The "warning" I received felt like it was meant to scare me about the process of going into labor with a 2nd child.

My only complaint is that there is not an EXCELLENT or BEST option. Dr. Smith-Winfield is the most excellent physician I have ever seen. I made the mistake of googling what I was going to have done & had some major concerns. Dr. Smith-Winfield took a good 10-15 minutes to listen to me compassionately & then explain thoroughly what was happening & going to happen. She truly cares about her patients & this type of concern & covering are rarely experienced these days of quick, quick, quick, technical, non-communicative environments in today's age. She as a doctor, educator, caretaker, & human being is the BEST of the BEST. I will sing of her praises & encourage all of my friends & family members to see her. No question, nor doubts do I have that I am in the best care with her at the lead.

My appointments with her never take a long time, because she pays such close attention to what I say that she's able to quickly understand and find a solution that she can also present to me in a way that I can understand. Plus, she is just so incredibly caring and nice! She's probably the best doctor I've ever had.

My visit with Christina was the best I've had at any doctors appointment in my life. I'd been very concerned with some pain I was having and it was giving me a lot of anxiety. She listened, saw my struggle and worry and offered a kind, empathetic, clear explanation of what was going on. She was clear about making sure my goals were achieved during the visit, and reassured me that if follow-ups were needed, we'd figure them out. It meant so much to me to have that kind of experience after feeling stressed and scared.

I was so afraid to have my procedure done due to me having a horrible experience in the past with another provider. My doctor was excellent and talked me through the whole procedure. Most of all she managed my pain! Which was my main concern. She was efficient, positive, and re-assuring. I've never met a more qualified doctor; who not only performed my procedure well but provided me detailed education on why the procedure needed to be completed. This is hands down the best doctor I've ever met.

Dr. Smith-Winfield is THE provider you want in your corner if things go wrong. A simple office visit to remove an IUD turned into a months long saga and an unfortunate discovery of a uterine perforation that required an IUD removal from my abdomen. Dr. Smith-Winfield was superb through all of it, using her clinical prowess, insight, and skill to recommend appropriate follow-up imaging and procedures to definitely make sure it was out and help me feel at ease through an incredibly stressful process. She's wonderful and one of the best clinicians I have ever encountered. Her love, joy, and passion for OBGYN and her patients shines through and she is a true asset to Emory. She deserves all the flowers!

I literally called my cousin in MN to recommend my doctor. I have never felt so honored and listened to in my LIFE by and OBGYN. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed. She ordered some tests I wouldn't have thought to even ask about to make sure all bases were covered which is rare in my experience (and I've lived across the country).

I can't express how happy I am to have such an informative,caring provider. She actually listens to me and my concerns. She's extremely personable and actually engages with me. This was my 1st visit and I must say I was pleased with the doctor. I will recommend her to my friends and family.

Dr. Smith Winfield was generally a very good provider. The one thing I had some trouble with was the lack of eye contact. It felt as if she had her eyes on her computer the entire time I was in there and barely looked in my direction when speaking to me. I still trusted all of her knowledge and I felt comfortable in her presence, yet it was definitely a pretty distanced interaction.

The doctor was very thorough in her discussion with me and took the time to diagram a picture for future reference. I am so glad I was able to reconnect with her after losing contact when she was at another practice.

My provider gave me great advice and even told me new things I needed to know that I didn't know in the past.

Dr. Was very communicative and answered my questions thoroughly. Very pleasant.Her nurse was also very kind and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like is I was not informed that they would be training nurse assistants. So there were multiple people in the room while I was having my pap-smear and full body exam.
