Another concern that's a senior population, like myself have difficulty going through all the increases and responding to emails. It would be most beneficial to send normally emails that trying to go through signing up for the program with the probation passcode and ID. Make this easier and you will find that you will get much better responses and increased comfort level

Very concerned about what my problem is

Dr. Buck-Patterson saw me as a patient who had been attacked by toxic insects. She listened while I explained that I went into anaphylactic shock. Moreover, I was treated with three epi-pens, an IV, and an overnight stay in the Piedmont Hospital ICU. She listened to everything I had to say & acted quickly. She examined me, took x-rays, recommended other tests, and wrote me a letter explaining that I needed to carry an epi-pen when I cross the US/Canadian Border to visit Quebec.

I've been to my pcp twice for A sick visit 2024 and 2025 each time there were no supplies to test me for Flu or Covid. I find it frustrating that I can't have these test done when I'm sick because you are out of supplies. What's the point of contact your pcp first? I might as well go to urgent care. I end up testing positive for Covid and had to take more steps while being sick to find that out because my pcp office didnt have supples. We are already sick our pcp should be able to do POC testing for there patients.

I am so impressed by Dr. Buck-Patterson. She carefully reviewed my symptoms with me and then reviewed my meds before recommending a treatment plan. She explained why she as prescribing the medication and which medicines I currently was taking needed to be paused and why. We discussed the pros and cons of this and then I agreed with her recommendations. I felt confident I understood and this was the best course. Two days later I already am feeling better! I am so grateful I was schedule with her and that there was a telemedicine appointment available because I have COVID. Thank you, Emory.
