Amazing PA. Explained everything very carefully, did not feel rushed & brushed off. We covered every question I had & she offered up very valuable tips on disposal of the unused medications I had.Very impressive & kind.

The P A took time and was very thorough in the appt. She said she was trying to get an answer to one of my questions in the Patient Portal msg from many layers of management, "higher ups" and only got a response back the day of our appt. Face to face, her communications and empathy were great. I was disappointed not to have received any response to the patient portal communication earlier.

All good--from Ebony thru Catherine and Doctor Srinivasan---escellent processing. I'm a retired manager of Air Traffic Controllers of 34 years on the job in Atlanta and a tough nut to please---I am extremely pleased by the processes followed and detail of instruction

The dr was very caring and easy to talk to. She recommended I double my muscle relaxers to ease the pain in my chest and abdomen due to muscle strain. It has made a big relief to my pain problem. I am feeling much better.
