I came for a second opinion of my problem and the PA was very helpful in explaining her diagnosis and helping me understand what to do if any further care became necessary. She also have me several suggestions for treating my dry mouth problem.

She is well knowledgeable and experienced. However, sometimes the Interactions felt routine, rushed, and disconnected. Given the nature of the patients' treatments, I recommend that she slow down and enhance her bedside manner by being more present and approachable with patients by addressing their care and concerns in a friendlier manner.

She is very thorough and caring. Though I know she is on a schedule she always manages to as if I have questions all through the visit. Sometimes she even offers answers to things I haven't thought about. She has tried to solve my issues harder than any other medical provider.

Caroline Hornberger was very attentive during our visit. Willing and able to answer clearly all of our questions regarding my post-op progress. She was gentle as could be with the gauze removal. She explained what to expect in the upcoming weeks/months with the remaining recovery time-line.
