Dr. Ayala is the best, she has a great bedside manner and really listens to me and what concerns me as a whole person.

Doctor Ayala was very prompt, but it appeared that she did not look at my imaging until we got on the video call

Dr Carolina is a very sweet and knowledgeable, especially when I look at the age of my Dr, it's just about the respect and Dignity that All of the 3 young ladies gave me and I apologize for not remembering the others 2 nurses , but I am so grateful for the kind way they treated me, rarely see It anymore , so I say Thank you and God bless,

Dr. Huertas listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I think she is an exceptional doctor with a terrific bed side manner.

We had a great experience with My Autistic Adult Son's New PCP. She was very attentive to the various requests that were needed for his health: Referrals for: OT, ST, Ear Wax Flush, Flu Shot and Specialized Medical Supplies.

Dr. Ayala listened excellently and asked questions for more detail. She explained key elements very well and answered my questions with facts and an excellent understanding. She was sympathetic to my physical situation (pulmonary fibrosis) and showed a knowledge of it equal to my current pulmonary specialist (another medical system).

I told the doctor that I saw blood in my urine, she ordered a UA/UMIC which came back positive for hematuria in My Chart. It has been 1 week since results posted and no one in my care team has yet to review my results and contact me as to what the next steps are. As a retired Emory employee I am highly disappointed in the level of care that I have received. I have been satisfied with my previous doctors who have rotated through but now I am ready to move on from Emory Healthcare all together.
