I was completely impressed with the attentiveness to my issues and the exploratory approach that the PA took never have. I had an attending medical person so focused on my diagnostic.

Carmen was exceptional! Explained what my injuries were, and based on X-rays we had provided and she had reviewed the best course of treatment.

I wish there was a category that said "Excellent" or a '10' instead of a 5 because she was amazing and I am beyond thrilled to have been directed to her for the care of my knee (and other limbs) related to osteoporosis and arthritis. She was informed and attuned to what would be the best treatment for me in particular as a patient. I imagine she is like that with all the people in her care and it is really heartwarming to experience! Cannot thank her enough for being so gracious and understanding while we discussed the care of my knee. Please thank Carmen on my behalf.

Carmen is the Best!

The provider did an adequate exam but the note on the chart was completely inaccurate. She did not do even half of the assessments that were listed. This is a common problem in the Emory system with templates and is a quality of care issue. Items should not be described as normal when they were never assessed. This can cause problems with future assessments.
