Dr. Hobson is absolutely Wonderful! She always enter the room with a pleasant great big caring and welcoming SMILE! Of course she is very knowledgeable and thorough in treatment. She gets the job done!

Dr. Hobson is very personable and is easy to talk to. She let me make the decision re whether I wanted to wait a few weeks in order to let the ear drain on its own or have her puncture the inside of the ear so as to relieve the the poor hearing sooner rather than later. I chose sooner, and it was the right decision for me.

Dr. Hobson removed wax from my ears and told me how to schedule an audiology appointment. She did not give me much information when I asked why, if there was minimal wax buildup, I hear a swooshing noise when I chew.

Dr. Hobson is very Good at what she does. She always enter the room with a pleasant welcoming greeting followed by a beautiful smile. She's very thorough when performing her duties and does a phenomenal job examining and cleaning the wax out of my ears. She does it with such a caring heart! I will most definitely refer my friends and family to her.

The most caring doctor I ever had

Dr. Patel was nice and professional, but I found Dr. Hobson to be rather dismissive of my symptoms and ascribed some to be idiopathic. She was rather snide when I related my experiences with flying and subsequent vertigo episodes. "Were you wheeled of the plain in a wheelchair?" In other words, the pressure associated with flying were not responsible for my vertigo. I think when a patient suffers headaches, earaches, vertigo, balance issues, tinnitus, eye pain, and hearing loss all within a month, they are likely related.

Dr. Hobson is very thorough and really cares about her patients! She walks into the room with a nice Greeting, then allow you to give her an update on how you're doing. Great Customer Service and very caring Doctor!
