Dr Brownfield spent a lot of extra time with me because I was upset about what I was being told. She asked me multiple times what she can do to make me feel better and ran the tests I wanted run. She tried really hard to cheer me up but unfortunately I just have issues that have no easy fix. She's so kind and I really appreciate her. I'm extremely picky with my providers, especially when it comes to sensitive areas, but have been very happy with Dr Brownfield.

Patience is indeed a virtue that she exhibited with me.

Dr. Brownfield put me at ease regarding my procedure. Despite her apparent youth, it is clear she is very experienced, competent, and has excellent patient rapport. She communicates clearly and prepared me for every step of my procedure adequately and appropriately. I appreciated her asking what music I preferred--yacht rock helped me relax during the procedure. I plan to recommend her to anyone who asks.

The procedure was very painful and the doctor was trying to explain but I couldn't pay attention. I do appreciate Dr. Brownfield patience with me. Maybe I would have appreciated it a little more if once I had come down and relaxed one last summation of the results.

I was in the office for a second opinion. Dr Baloda was great in explaining prostate cancer treatment options, their post-surgery issues, and possible follow-ups. He answered all our questions and gave us a feeling that our first opinion was the better option for me. Dr Brownfield made us feel comfortable with the treatment option we selected. We already have a surgeon scheduled, otherwise we would have used an Emory surgeon.
