To start off I was coming in to get a clearance letter to be put to sleep to have my wisdom teeth removed. The Dr only talked about the letter and never mentioned another follow up appointment to renew the prescriptions I've been on for 4+ years and I was also told that I DO NOT have POTS due to only ever passing out one time. I've been very consistent with taking my medication and if I don't take the medication then I feel very bad. The dr just told me he does not believe I have POTS but never mentioned anything thing else I could possibly have. I've been at a pediatric cardiologist for 4ish years and have been diagnosed and treated for POTS. My first impression with this Dr office confused me. I was given the clearance letter to get my wisdom teeth removed in a hospital setting. But at the end of the day if I "don't have POTS" why would the dr want me to have my heart monitored? I will be seeing about going back to my pediatric cardiologist due to them knowing all of my medical history. Thank you for helping but I don't think it's right to just tell someone they don't have a something and then not try and see what actually is wrong.

I was impressed with this young man's take on how to proceed. Also the follow up notes in my patient portal were literally word for word what we discussed. He did say he was going to use an "app" (probably recorded the visit) but it was impressive that it was all there and sent to me and Dr. Bondulich before e.o.d

The physician listened to my heart and lungs through my shirt, never asked me to remove it ir lift it up. That is the only physical exam that was performed yet when I was able to read his note in MyChart he docunented that a complete physical exam was performed. He did not listen to or feel my neck or abdomen, didn't look in my eyes, ears or throat yet documented that he did.

When Dr walked in he asked why I had an appointment. I told him that the clinic made the appointment. I assumed that I was there to discuss results from wearing a heart monitor. He stated that they did not have the results back yet.
