I can't rate Dr Jacob highly enough. My concerns would be easy to dismiss (and have been with previous doctors), but she made taking me seriously her baseline for the discussion

After finding Dr Jacob and this officer, I won't go anywhere else. I feel so heard and cared for.

Doctor compare my blood sugar of previous result and present result and discussed with me about my regular diet and suggest some modification in my diet and enquire about my regular activities and asked me to do exercises to burn calories and suggest me to do yoga. So, doctor caring very well her patients. I feel more comfortable.

Dr. Jacob is great! As a patient with a new Dr. It is all about developing trust in the provider. She listens, she knows her stuff and I really like the way she interacts with the other staff, not just very professional, but she is a mentor to younger staff. I had an excellent experience at the Emory healthcare. The care I received was outstanding, and the provider was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I truly appreciate the high-quality care and attention to detail.

Dr. Jacob is the best PCP I've seen in decades. Her care is palpable, she actually listens to what you're saying, is willing to say she doesn't know the answer but will find out, and follows through promptly. Please don't let her burn out!
