My visit was truly amazing. My NP, Brittany Arnold, was exceptional. I came in without any real understanding of musculoskeletal issues, and she met me with both knowledge and care. Everything was explained in a way that felt clear and empowering.I always say I got a "double Brittany" experience, and it made all the difference. My condition was broken down for me in a way that made sense, from what caused it to what I can expect moving forward. Most importantly, I left knowing what I can do to support my healing.It was one of those experiences where you feel seen, informed, and genuinely cared for.

I wasn't warned of the immediate effects of the injection. It took about 5 hours before my hand became "usable" again as the immediate numbing effects wore off.

Although I tried to express the severity of my discomfort, I don't feel like my situation was taken seriously.

I don't expect to wait four days for a response postoperative. Once I'm able to make contact, I don't think I should have to wait four days postoperative to be seen in officeI know the doctor had a baby, but there's no excuse to leave a patient hanging without any care postoperatively

NP Brittany Arnold was informative and patient with me--these were my first such injections--as she administered the procedure. I can't say enough about the quality care I received from walking in the door to walking out!

Excellent Facility.

For one she was talking to me as if I was hard of hearing, I had to ask if she always talked so loud, which may have rubbed her the wrong way. She rattled off instructions that I had to ask for clarification, and she didn't say how long it might take for the injection to take effect.

My experience with DR. BRITTANY was very professional. We talked about what may need to be done if not better in 3 months next visit.

My visit only confirmed my fears that nothing much can be done with my arthritis diagnosis except shots or surgery, neither off one I want. The PA seemed genuinely sorry that she didn't have better news.

My care provider was as amazing as the assistant. Very caring, respectful, explained everything very well and included me in the entire process. She was also very gentle with my exam.

With the provided x-rays and MRI results from my original orthopedic surgeon, I was anticipating some mention of the bone spurs and their relation to the partial tear, but she did not mention the bone spurs at all until I brought it up. I was aghast at the extreme treatment plan of starting slow with injections and PT for 12 weeks, and then the only surgery solution recommended by Nurse Brittany was shoulder replacement. I was almost speechless when she mentioned shoulder replacement a couple of times and wish I had asked for more explanation as to why this extreme and not a lesser surgery. It seemed that she was not even considering general surgery for repair (remove the bone spurs and mend/patch the tendon tear and then post-surgery PT) as was recommended by the orthopedic surgeon, and which was also the successful solution for several other friends who had very similar bone spurs and tears.

This is an area of opportunity for improvement. After my visit she received paperwork from long term disability. The document was completed without a thorough review of my chart. I have not worked in 4 years, however she signed off that I could return to work full time. I have long covid with multiple ongoing symptoms. Despite her assessment and diagnosis of carpal tunnel, she indicated on the form that I could perform outlined duties. My hands have been significantly impacted by arthritis that is currently uncontrolled. Which I made her aware of during the visit.
