Clearly did the bare minimum to familiarize with my history. Took nothing I said into consideration. Just continued to double down on the first thing he said. Threw out some terrifying possibilities and had no intention to discuss them. Clearly going down a checklist and ignoring any new context.

My appointment with Dr Brenden Sels was a textbook appointment. He had clearly read my history and concern before my appointment started. He asked about my concern and listened patiently as I talked through my concerns and what my home-research had revealed. He then gave me feedback on what I had learned and methodically walked me through my options and the pros/cons of each. He was detailed, calm and clear in his communication, answering all of my questions along the way. I truly could not imagine a more productive and informative discussion.

Brendan has excellent interpersonal skills and sincerely communicates empathy and understanding of my urinary problem.

The provider was excellent service as it was clear and listened to all my concerns and also solved it for me So I totally recommend it

Brandon Fels, PA, was very concerned about my follow up, asking questions about how I had been feeling, what my kidney output was like, if I'd had any pain or other problems. He told me what the stone make-up was like from the Initial observationvafter my surgery. He couldn't give me a lot of information, brcause the two tests I needcto have done had not been completed. BUT, he did explain what each of the tests were suppose to tell them about my kidney recovery.He gave me a chance to ask any questions I had.

PA seemed rushed, hurried. Entire visit lasted approximately 15 minutes before he recommended I have a MRI. This appointment could have been a tele-health visit to recommend an MRI. The visit was less time than my commute. No exam, no urine specimen.

The provider told me to stop using my vacuum pump but never suggested how to address my ED. There was no mention of shots or previous implant or wait to see if ED corrected itself.

Fels is excellent he recommended taking cranberry pills for keeping the urine acidic and that was the first time I have ever heard of it so I really appreciate his advice.
