Blake Ballard is truly a gem. She was very clearly showed my where my heal was broken on the x-ray and explained how it was healing. She showed compassion when I asked her to speed up my recovery. It seems heals heal on their own time. I enjoyed my appointment with Blake Ballard and look forward to seeing her in three weeks.

Blake was very thorough in her examination and thoughtful and clear in her recommendations for optional next steps. She was also very gracious by letting me ask a question on behalf of my wife who is dealing with discomfort due to a foot / toe condition and suggesting what options she may consider.

She was friendly and professional, as well as thorough I felt. I struggle with the fact that there seems to be such limited physician availability at Emory, so that we can really only see a PA in any kind of timely way. But that's an overarching issue; in this case I felt fine with the care I was given.
